Our most popular embroidered gifts tend to be hats, blankets, beanies and jackets. These items are great for the colder months, your recipients can wear or use them year after year, and you won’t need to know exact sizing.
What’s your typical turnaround time to embroider and receive items?
For holiday corporate gifts, we recommend at least a two-week turnaround time. The earlier you can get your order in with us, the better since we tend to book fast as we get closer to Christmas. Getting your embroidery order place well in advance ensures we’ll have enough time to create and deliver your holiday gifts on time.
What sizes are best to order for apparel gifts?
If you don’t know your recipients’ exact sizes, we recommend sticking to one-size items like blankets, beanies and hats. With apparel like polo shirts and jackets, ordering the wrong size can be a risk. If you do want to order custom embroidered shirts or jackets, ordering a variety of common sizes can work. When in doubt, you can always size up.
How much embroidery can you put into a design?
Most machines have some limits, so for legibility we have a minimum text height of around 0.2 inches. More complex designs are trickier to embroider. Our equipment has a 15 thread color capacity, and keep in mind that each color change requires another run. We recommend keeping designs simple.
Which parts of apparel can you embroider?
On jackets and polo shirts, we typically embroider on the left chest or the sleeves. Hats are commonly embroidered on the center of the front panel. But our machines can embroider on any area that we can get a hoop in the right position, so get creative!
What designs and typeface work the best?
This is a question we get often asked. Usually serif fonts are difficult for embroidery, so we recommend sans serif typeface and simple designs without tiny details for the best outcome.

Can we include our company logo in the design?
Yes, of course! We’ll just need your logo to digitize it for our machines. Please make sure it’s vector art for the best results.
How much do embroidered corporate Christmas gifts cost?

We’ll always aim to align with your brand colors, but typically reds, greens and golds make the most sense for holiday gifts. We can also use metallic color threads to add a seasonal sparkle, so let us know your preferences!

Start planning early, because our calendar fills up fast the closer we get to Christmas. We encourage you to place your embroidery order at least 2 weeks before you need to send your gifts, and even a month or more ahead is ideal.
