Custom Embroidery In Salt Lake City, Utah
Salt Lake City’s first choice for custom embroidered polos, jackets and uniforms for businesses, teams and events. Fast turnaround, and no minimums.
Your embroidery is stitched in our shop, not outsourced. That means we control quality at every step, catch issues before they ship, and you can call us if something needs to change.
Order one polo or fifty. No setup fees, no per-color charges, no pressure to hit a quantity threshold.
Utah’s largest selection of thread colors, and we digitize your artwork specifically for embroidery so your design stays sharp through years of washing and wear.
Cotton, polyester, heavyweight fleece, merino wool, softshell jackets, and performance fabrics. If it’s stable enough to hold stitches, we can embroider it.
The standard for corporate uniforms and client-facing teams. Clean stitching on a collared shirt reads as professional without trying too hard.
Logo placement on the front panel gets seen everywhere your team goes. Works for uniforms, giveaways, and everyday branded wear.
Heavier fabric holds detailed logos well. Common for executive gifts and outdoor crews who need durable branded gear.
Totes, duffels, and backpacks carry your logo into daily use. Good for client gifts and staff gear that gets used outside the office.
Scrubs, button-downs, and trade uniforms. Embroidery holds up to repeated washing better than most print methods, which matters for daily-wear apparel.
A casual option for team apparel, event merchandise, and cooler-weather uniforms.
JC Pro Design was named Utah’s “Best Bespoke Screen Printer & Embroidery Company in 2026” by Acquisition International. We earned it by focusing on the details that other shops skip. We use commercial grade thread that won’t fade, careful digitizing that keeps logos sharp, and stitch patterns built for the fabric you’re using.
We’re an authorized decorator for The North Face, listed on SanMar’s national decorators list, an official Cutter & Buck Shareship Decorator, and one of only a handful of Stahls certified decorators in the U.S. Those certifications mean we can embroider branded apparel without voiding warranties, and we meet the same production standards as major uniform manufacturers.
Our work covers healthcare scrubs, sports team uniforms, and executive jackets for companies that treat apparel as part of their image, not an afterthought.

How much does custom embroidery cost?
Price depends on stitch count, thread colors, garment type, and quantity. Logo embroidery costs more per piece than screen printing, but it holds up longer and looks more polished. Bigger orders bring the per-piece cost down. We’ll break out the full pricing on your quote.
How long does custom embroidery take?
Most orders are ready within two weeks of design approval. Complex multi-color logos or large quantities can take longer. We’ll give you a real timeline before you commit. Rush embroidery is available with an added fee when our schedule allows.
Do you offer custom embroidery near me, or do I need to ship my order somewhere else?
We’re based in Salt Lake City and serve the whole Wasatch Front, including Murray, West Valley City, South Jordan, and Sandy. You can drop off artwork in person or send it over and we’ll handle the rest.
What’s the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric, so it holds up to years of washing and wear. Screen printing applies ink to the surface, which works better for large graphics or full-color designs. We do both and can tell you which fits your project once we see your logo and garment choice.
Can you embroider logos on hats, bags, and jackets, not just shirts?
Yes. We embroider polos, hats, jackets, bags, sweatshirts, and uniforms. Heavier fabric like jackets and hats holds detailed logos better than thin material, so we’ll flag anything that might need adjusting for a clean result.
Do you offer corporate embroidery for entire teams or offices?
Yes. We handle corporate uniform programs and keep thread colors and placement consistent across every piece, whether you’re ordering 10 shirts or 500.
What file type do you need for embroidery digitizing?
Vector files (AI or EPS) work best. We can also work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Send what you have and we’ll let you know if anything needs cleanup before digitizing.
Can you embroider on North Face or other brand-name apparel?
Yes. We’re an authorized North Face decorator and Stahls certified, which means we can work directly on branded gear without voiding manufacturer terms.
Do you handle contract or private label embroidery for other businesses?
Yes. We work as a production partner for other apparel and promotional companies. Send over your volume and turnaround needs and we’ll quote it.
Can you ship outside of Salt Lake City?
Yes! We can ship your embroidered gear anywhere in the U.S.
