6 Unique Ways to Use Custom Decals and Stickers
Custom decals and stickers do a lot more than dress up a storefront window. Here are six ways real businesses and organizations are using them — a few of which might surprise you.
1. Custom Cornhole Boards
With warmer weather coming, branded cornhole sets are having a moment. Whether you’re running a company picnic, a trade show booth, or a backyard tournament, a full-coverage decal turns a plain board into a conversation starter. The Tru Fru and Stroker Diesel boards we printed are good examples — one colorful and playful, the other bold and on-brand. If you’ve got a logo, we can wrap a set of boards in it.

2. Full Storefront Window Graphics
Your windows are advertising space you’re already paying for. All Metro Tech used perforated window graphics to cover their entire storefront with a lifestyle image, brand logos, and a service list. From the inside, staff can still see straight out. From the parking lot, it reads like a billboard. It’s one of the highest-impact things a business can do with a relatively modest print budget.

3. Indoor Wall Murals for Gyms and Sports Facilities
The Utah Avalanche mural runs the full length of an indoor sports facility wall — close to 40 feet wide! It includes the team logo, player silhouettes, and motivational text. Gyms, training centers and youth sports facilities use these to build identity and give the space some energy. A blank wall is wasted real estate.

4. Name Badge Stickers
Not glamorous, but useful. Texas Roadhouse ordered a full run of custom name badge stickers — each one printed with the employee’s name, title, and the restaurant’s branding. For businesses that hire seasonally or run through staff frequently, printed badge stickers are faster and cheaper than engraved plates. They look sharp and cost very little per unit.

5. Die-Cut Stickers for Teams and Events
The Herriman Hockey stickers are a good example of this done right. Die-cut to the shape of the logo, no white border, just clean vinyl in the exact form of the artwork. Sports teams, events, and brand giveaways all benefit from this format because people actually keep and display them — on helmets, gear bags, water bottles, and car windows.

6. Large-Format Outdoor Murals
This Lift House / Nordica mural is printed on substrate material and mounted on an outdoor wall. At that scale it functions more like a billboard than a sign. It’s a strong option for businesses on high-traffic roads or near outdoor gathering areas where you want visual impact from a distance.
